Refreshment (Maintenance) : A refreshment program of knowledge and competency in Risk Management (PBI No. 11/19/2009 on 4 June 2009) and is mandatory for those who are certified in Risk Management. According to PBI, they must attend refreshment (maintenance) program as follow :
– Level 1 & 2, Minimal 1x /4 years
– Level 3,4, & 5 1x /2 years
Refreshment Program Goal : To be able to follow the latest update in risk management technique, to help participants understand the best practices in managing risks.
Banking Professional Certification Agency (LSPP) must organize a surveillance program, by conducting a refreshment (maintenance) program, according to the regulations of Bank of Indonesia and National Professional Certification (BNSP).
The quality of Risk Management Certification has to be maintained and improved on both organizer and test material;
- Refreshment Program is held either by Banking Professional Certification Agency (LSPP) or bank/banker association/third-party training agency in corporation with LSPP.
- Participants of Refreshment Program are still working in banking industry or in the past 3 months and still hold a valid competency certificate.
- Participants’ requirements : hold competency certificate from Banking Professional Certification Agency (LSPP), Indonesian Bankers Association (IBI), Banking Industry Association (Association of National Bank – PERBANAS) in 2011, Risk Management Certification Agency (BSMR) published before 1 January 2012 and still valid according to Bank of Indonesia policy.
- Every participant of refreshment program will receive Certificate of Attendance and Banking Professional Certification Agency (LSPP) will publish a new competency certificate as renewal.
