Procedures

  1. Test participants fill out and sign the form APL 01 and APL 02 in accordance with the level of competence and / desired level.
  2. Competency Test application deadline is 10 (ten) working days prior to the date of the competency test.
  3. Attach the following supporting documents :
    • Copy of the decision last appointment / employment letter for participants who have worked / CV.
    • Photocopy of identity card (KTP / SIM / Passport / employee card.
    • Copy of certificate of competency in accordance with its previous level of competence that will be followed and has been recognized by the authority for participant level 2 and above (except those involved in fast track).
    • Copy of certificate of training related to the proposed field of competence (optional).
  4. Registration can be done by :
    • Collectively, coordinated through the Person In Charge (PIC) of each bank.
    • Individually.
  5. Form APL 01, 02 and attachments according to item 4 LSPP will receive no later than 5 working days prior to the date of Competency Test.
  6. Cancellation of participation of competency test no later than 5 working days prior to the date of the competency test.

Payment Procedures

  1. Individual participants shall pay directly to LSPP account, latest by the time registration form is submitted to LSPP. LSPP will send a confirmation to join competency test after :
    • Requirements in Payment Procedures have been completed.
    • Payment has been received in LSPP bank account.
  2. For group participants, payment for each bank shall be made directly to each virtual bank accounts, maximum of 15 business days after registration date.
    • LSPP will send confirmation and invoice respectively to each bank after Payment Procedures have been completed.
    • Participant confirmation letter and invoice are sent 2 days before competency test day
    • If there is no payment made within 2 (two) weeks after the participant confirmation letter and first invoice are sent, LSPP will send first reminder to the PIC and HR Director of respective banks along with a copy of confirmation letter and invoice, which then followed by via-phone billing
    • Within 1 month after participant confirmation letter and first invoice are sent and there is still no payment made, LSPP will send second reminder to the bank’s Managing Director and Training/HR Director along with a copy of confirmation letter and invoice, which then followed by via-phone billing.
    • Within 2 months after participant confirmation letter and first invoice are sent and there is still no payment made, LSPP will send third reminder to Managing Director and Main Commissioner along with a copy of confirmation letter and invoice, followed by visitation to the bank.
  3. If within 3 months after participant confirmation letter and first invoice are sent and there is still no payment made, LSPP will charge a penalty fee equivalent to 3 months national bank’s highest interest rate on deposit, according to Indonesia Business Daily. LSPP will write an official penalty letter to the bank, in which the bank shall pay the basic fee and its interest.
  4. Within 3 months after penalty letter is sent and there is still no payment made, LSPP will impose a temporary dismissal of that particular bank until the billing has been settled.
    • LSPP shall write to Managing Director of respective banks regarding the disallowance in joining the competency test.
    • LSPP shall revoke the sanction after the billing has been settled, and send a notification letter to allow the bank participating in LSPP competency test.

Competency Test Rules (Written)

Before Test
  1. Test participants must dress properly and are not allowed to wear shorts, sandals and t-shirts.
  2. Upon entering Competency Test Area, test participants must register by showing valid ID card (ID Card, Driving License, or Employee Card).
  3. Test participants must follow seat number as written in Attendance List and are not allowed to move or exchange seats with other participants.
  4. Each seat for competency test participants has been equipped with stationery; 2B pencil, sharpener, eraser, and clipboard (optional).
  5. Test participants must fill their attendance (will be checked by the supervisor) and place their ID cards on the table or on the floor (on the left side of chair) and put their bags on the right side of the chair.
  6. Test participants must complete their personal information and other details on the answer sheet by giving ‘X’ sign in the box using the provided stationery. The details include : Name, Participant Number, Competency Area, Competency Level, Type of Questions, Bank Code, Competency Date and signature.
  7. Supervisor will hand out the test paper backwards on table/chair. Test participants are not allowed to open the test paper before Supervisor announces to start the test.

During The Test
  1. Before starting the test, supervisor will inform participants to check the page number, and whether their test paper contains any blank sheet. Test participants also need to write their chair number on top right of the first page of their test papers. Further questions shall be asked directly to the supervisor.
  2. Test supervisor will announce start and end time of the test and participants are allowed to write on the test paper.
  3. Please read the questions carefully, and choose the correct answer by giving ‘X’ sign or shade one of the option box using the given stationery. To change the answer, please use the eraser properly.
  4. During the competency test, participants are not allowed to :
    • Open notes/paper; books shall be placed at a particular area according to the supervisor.
    • Discuss with other participants.
    • Using communication tool (handphone), handphone shall be placed inside a bag or at a specific area according to supervisor.
    • Copy several or the entire test paper.
    • Bring and use calculator.
    • Eating and smoking
  5. Supervisor has the right to warn or expel participants from test room. Test result will be marked as fail and noted as violation.
  6. Test participants need to get permission from test supervisor before they can leave the test room.
  7. Time limit to do the test is 90 minutes and 5 minutes before the test ends, supervisor will remind test participants to recheck their name, NIA number and other details.
  8. Participants are not allowed to write anything and need to stay in their seats after test’s time limit has ended, while the supervisor collects the test sheets. Test participants shall wait for supervisor’s announcement before they can leave the room
  9. If test participants have finished their test before time ends, participants must stay in their seats and wait for supervisor to collect their test sheets before leaving the room.
  10. Participants who do not collect question and/or answer sheet to the supervisor will be marked as failed.
  11. Minimum score for passing grade is 66%, and failing participants may repeat after 3(three) months from the last test date, or when participants are ready to repeat the test.
  12. Competency test result will be announced in the website : www.lspp.or.id within 5 business days after test date and sent through written letter to respective work unit (Bank) within 10 business days after test date. Competency certificates will be sent to “competent” participants through their work unit within 20 business days after the written letter is sent out.
